COMFORT AND SERENETY ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Only our Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre can offer you Formula Comfort Extra: if you buy an Immergas boiler for domestic use*, you deserve a 5-year warranty without having to pay any activation fee. You just have to stipulate the Formula Comfort Extra maintenance program and pay the annual fee for each of the 4 programmed maintenances. Moreover you can already extend the warranty for further 3 o 5 years to get to 8 or 10 years of total warranty.
 
* For every Immergas Boiler with power lower than 35 KW, except for natural draught versions, “STAR” and “VICTRIX EXA” series.

Formula Comfort 5 o 10 AnniTHE STEPS TO ENJOY THE 5-YEAR WARRANTY OFFERED FROM FORMULA COMFORT EXTRA
To activate Formula Comfort Extra and to enjoy its exclusive advantages, you just have to get in touch with our Tecnical Assistance Centre Lizzi and, in occasion of the initial check up:

Stipulate the quinquennial Formula Comfort Extra maintenance contract without any activation fees.
Follow the plan of the contract that includes the annual ordinary maintenance (4 maintenances) and the smoke emission analysis (2 tests).
Pay the annual fee for each of the 4 programmed maintenances

TERMS AND PRINCIPAL CONDITIONS OF THE FORMULA COMFORT EXTRA PROGRAM
• The offer given by Formula Comfort Extra is available for who has bought an Immergas Boiler for domestic use with power lower than 35 KW. All natural draught models, STAR and VICTRIX EXA series are excluded from the program.
• If the contract won’t be stipulated within 60 days from the date of the initial check, the duration of the conventional Immergas warranty will be reduced from 5 to 2 years.

HOW TO EXTEND IMMIDIATELY THE ADVANTAGES OF FORMULA COMFORT EXTRA FOR FURTHER 3 OR 5 YEARS.
To extend Formula Comfort Extra for further 3 or 5 years and benefit up to 8 or 10 years of the conventional Immergas warranty you just have to:
• pay an activation fee of € 75,00 (*) for the 3 years extension
• pay an activation fee of € 110,00 (*) for the 5 years extension
• stipulate the Formula Comfort Extra maintenance program and complete it with Formula Comfort +3 (3 annual maintenances one of which will be a Smoke Emission Analysis) or with the Formula Comfort +5 program (5 maintenances 2 of which will be smoke emission analysis).
 
(*) The amount of the fees is VAT included and it is valid up to 31/12/2016.

It’s an exclusive offer that extends the conditions of the conventional Immergas warranty that you can find in the documentation accompanying the product.
 
 
Formula Comfort 5 o 10 AnniHOW TO ACTIVATE FORMULA COMFORT FOR 5 OR 10 YEARS
To activate Formula Comfort and to enjoy its exclusive advantages, you just have to get in touch with our Tecnical Assistance Centre Lizzi and, in occasion of the initial check up:

choose 5 or 10 years warranty and pay the related activation fee:
• € 60 (VAT included) to extend it for 5 years
• € 170 (VAT included) to extend it for 10 years
The indicated fees are valid for subscriptions up to 31/12/16.

Stipulatate the “Mainetance Program” for the duration of the warranty chosen. The programs provide 4 maintenances for the extension to 5 years and 9 maintenances for the extension to 10 years. In both cases the annual fee has to be corresponded in occasion of every programmed maintenance.
 
TERMS AND PRINCIPAL CONDITIONS TO ACTIVATE IT
• It is applicable only in case of possess of Immergas boiler with heat output lower than 35kW.
• It is activated only in our Technical Assistance Centre Lizzi within 60 days from the date of the initial check up.
• It provides the extension to 5 or 10 years of the conditions of the conventional Immergas warranty, starting from the date of the initial check up.
 
 

Formula Comfort 5 o 10 AnniHOW TO EXTEND FORMULA COMFORT FOR 3 OR 5 YEARS
To extend further Formula Comfort for 3 or 5 years please contact our Technical Assistance Centre Lizzi.

Depending on the extension chosen, you’ll have to pay a one-time fee of:
• € 75 (VAT included) for the 5 years extension.
• € 110 (VAT included) for the 10 years extension.
The indicated fees are valid for subscriptions up to 31/12/16.

Stipulate a new “Maintenance Program” with the duration of 3 years (3 annual maintenances, one of which with the Smoke Emission Analysis), or of 5 years (5 annual maintenances, two of which with the Smoke Emission Analysis).

 

TERMS AND PRINCIPAL CONDITIONS OF ACTIVATION
• It is reserved to the clients who have already stipulated a Formula Comfort maintenance program.
• It can be activated only in our Technical Assistance Centre Lizzi.
• It can be stipulated within 60 days from the deadline of the maintenance program that had been activated at the initial check of the boiler.

 
 
PlusProgram
 
The Plus Program allows you to benefit from the professionalism and services of our Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre even without having to extend the period of warranty of the product.

Here is the performance package:
- Certainty in respecting the operations required by law
- Annual ordinary maintenance and biannual Smoke emission analysis
- Priority over the other calls for urgencies (intervention within 24 hours)
- Free labor in case of interventions ascribable to the product
- No call-out charge in case of interventions ascribable to the product
- Compilation of the booklet of the heating system and of the necessary documentation
- “7 days per week” service in Winter time (with fee)

Plus maintenance program does not include the cost of spare parts replaced after two years from the activation of the Conventional Immergas warranty.

It’s the base formula that covers ordinary maintenance interventions on your boiler.

Here is the set of performances:
- Certainty in respecting the operations required by law
- Annual ordinary maintenance and biannual Smoke emission analysis
- Priority over the other calls for urgencies (intervention within 24 hours)
- Compilation of the booklet of the heating system and of the necessary documentation
- “7 days a week” service in Winter time (with fee)

Standard program does not include the cost of spare parts replaced, of the labor and of the call-out after two years from the activation of the Conventional Immergas warranty.

Authorized Centre Immergas
 
The Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre is an artisan business qualified for the maintenance of gas heating systems, in compliance with the current technical national legislation, which is selected, formed and constantly kept up to date directly from Immergas. In this way it receives a constant organizational, technical and normative support. Here you can find a list of the main features that characterize out Technical Assistance Centre:
 
.01 For urgencies it intervenes within 36 hours, as maximum time, from the call.
 
.02 It performs the initial verification and the initial smoke emission analysis for free, moreover it starts the conventional Immergas warranty of the boiler. This warranty will last for 2 years only if it is made by an Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre.
 
.03 Between October and February it is available for emergencies even on Saturday and Sunday. Immergas Initiative “7 days per week”.
 
.04 It offers to the clients many subscription formulas for the planning of ordinary maintenance. Among these, there is the particular “Formula Comfort”, which offers the possibility to extend the conventional Immergas warranty from 2 to 5 years.
 
.05 It uses original Immergas spare parts to guarantee the quality of the product.
 
.06 It ensures the best execution of the ordinary maintenance. The checks related to this intervention require about 1 hour of work.
 
.07 It certifies the intervention of the ordinary maintenance by filling in the related documentation which is necessary to legislative objectives. These papers have to be shown in case of inspections made by local competent entities.
 
.08 It adopts a price list that can be consulted by all the clients and it can be found in Immergas.
 
.09 It realizes estimates for reparations and maintenance on request.

FurtherIn-Depth Analysis
 
.01 For URGENCIES we mean: lack of production of hot domestic water or lack of production of heat energy for the wintry heating. For these requests your Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre ensures you an intervention within 36 hours from the call, with the exception of Sunday and national feast days.
.02 THE SMOKE EMISSION ANALYSIS IS FREE during the initial check, it is a special initiative given by the Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centres in favour of technician and of the final client.
.03 THE INTERVENTION ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY it is performed by the Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre and requires charges on the ordinary rate.
.04 To know the characteristics of the offer and the modalities of subscription to FORMULA COMFORT, we invite you to consult the leaflet attached and to address your own referential Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre.
.05 Immergas ensures you the availability of the ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS of the devices up to 10 years from the moment in which the device goes out of production.
.06 To know all the VERIFICATIONS made by the Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre during the maintenance intervention you can ask the Technician to consult the “Code of conduct of the Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre”.
.07 The PERIODIC INTERVENTIONS OF MAINTENANCE are activities that are assigned from the person in charge with the heating system (who occupies the property) to the Authorized Technical Assistance Centre. This doesn’t require any responsibility for the Technical Assistance Centre.
.08 The PRICE LIST can vary depending on the standards (standard of living, price trends) indicated by every single market.
.09 The editing of the ESTIMATE requires the “call-out” of the technician to the house of the client and the execution of interventions on the device. These activities require the payment for the time spent by the technician.
.10 The Immergas Authorized Technical Assistance Centre HAS CHOSEN AS ACTIVITY THE MAINTENANCE AND ASSISTANCE of gas devices, and it empowers the installer to the realization and the enlargement of the heating systems and the replacement of generators.
